The court has temporarily restrained Justice (retired) Ranjit Singh, SAD leader Bikram Singh Majithia, and Congress leader Sukhpal Singh Khaira from publishing, circulating, or making any unverified defamatory content. The counsel for the plaintiff had requested that the application be heard ex parte and that a temporary injunction be granted until the matter is fully examined.
