The trailer launch of the upcoming film Ohh My Dog took place at a multiplex in Mumbai. Director Amit Rai, his son and child actor Maahi Rai, actors Pankaj Tripathi, Pavan Malhotra, Shreedhar Dubey, and Vijay Mishra, along with the dogs Oscar and Bruno, attended the event.

On a serious note, Pankaj Tripathi stated, "This is genuinely the reason why I am a part of the film. The stars of the film are the (two dogs) followed by the child actor."
He added, "This film is not meant to earn Rs. 200 cr…jo filmein DISASTER banti hai, uska intention blockbuster banna hota hai!" — meaning that films that turn out to be disasters often have the intention of becoming blockbusters. In contrast, Ohh My Dog is made with a different, more heartfelt purpose.
