Our Take: Efficient Grievance Redressal Sets a Good Example
Resolving 10 out of 15 complaints on the spot shows that the district administration in Yamunanagar is taking public grievances seriously. In our view, this kind of prompt action builds trust between citizens and the government. The directive to resolve remaining cases before the next meeting ensures accountability. However, the real test will be whether the deferred complaints, including the FIR registration and Labour Department matter, are handled with the same urgency. Citizens should expect timely follow-through on all pending issues.
